An Environment and Lands Court in Eldoret has confirmed Eunita Kibor, the youngest wife of the late Rift Valley politician Jackson Kibor, as executor of his multi-billion-shilling estate estimated at over Ksh.3 billion. More than 16 children of the deceased had accused their stepmother of using a forged will, but Justice Emmanuel Washe dismissed their assertions and ruled Eunita is the sole executor, who will act with the help of Kibor's former lawyer, Jonah Bundotich.
