The High Court in Malindi has found Paul Nthenge Mackenzie and 28 co-accused guilty of 191 counts of murder in connection with the Shakahola tragedy. NACADA asks Judiciary for specialised drug courts in three cities
The National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse has requested that the Judiciary establish additional specialised courts to handle drug-related offences in Embu, Eldoret, and Mombasa, and proposed a High Court with specialised jurisdiction over organised crime.
